California Public Utilities Commission Contract Management System For the Energy Division of the California Public Utilities Commission, we developed a customized contract management system to assist them in tracking and managing the several dozen contracts that will evaluate the effectiveness of the more than 200 Utility-sponsored Energy Efficiency Programs. The system is capable of creating contract templates, creating invoices, reviewing and approving invoices, noting payments and aging, automated messaging and a study team review/comment area for key evaluation deliverables.

We believe that utilities in California and elsewhere in the nation have a very important role in creating, sustaining and pushing the market for energy efficient products, services and programs. In California, Third party providers assist utilities in implementing these programs. Our products help manage that effort by providing tracking and reporting systems that comply with the CPUC required functionality.

Dynamic, Interactive Floor Plans

We customize software that makes event planning easy by allowing booth sales, conference registration, virtual vendor displays, booth selection and order customization all via the web. Our systems read AutoCAD and similar files so that the integrity of the event floor plan is properly cross referenced with the initial floor plan template. We help to automate process such as speaker selection and registration, and provide tools to the participant such as customizable session and vendor lists.

Lightfair International

We provide application support to the AmericasMart and Lightfair websites. These sites support a continuously operating wholesale market and trade shows produced by the AmericasMart. For these sites, we created an interactive floor plan that allows the sales staff, potential and current exhibitors to modify the company information, request support services change the location and shape of their booth. We also programmed the site to allow trade show presenters to create and update their speaker bio and presentation A recent addition to the AmericasMart system added interactive booth sales to sell trade show booths and associated services. The system tracks the sales of all booths and services, creates invoices and receives payments.

For CAS, we develop and maintain the functionality that allows users with allergies to track the use and expiration dates of their Epi-Pen, which treats anaphylaxis. The site has many marketing features and technical features that automate the user experience. For example, users can register to receive and submit recipes for those with allergies.
